Old Airport Road Food Centre is one of the many hawker centres in Singapore. Each one has dozens of food stands like the ones you see in the background - each specializing in one or two dishers. The hawker centres were one of the highlights of the trip for me. There were so many different food options - Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, etc.
We went to these places every day for "brunch" (since we were getting up at noon or so every day after enjoying the nightlife at Marina Bay) and we'd usually end up getting some type of dragon fruit or star fruit smoothee at the end. Going to multiple hawker centres are an absolute must in Singapore. It's also kind of nice that the food here is pretty cheap - you go from buying $20 vodka sodas one night to spending $10 total on an iced coffee, smoothee, egg and cheese prata and chicken rice the next day.
